Hi Sandra –
In my past experience these classes are more like a dinner show. You watch him cook and then eat/drink everything he makes, but you don’t actually make the dishes yourself during the class. Still super fun though! :)

Hi! I’m trying to find out, are the classes at all “hands on?” Or is more like an audience show? I know he has a “show” schedule as well, but I’m just trying to figure out if this the class is something where we get to try to make the dishes ourselves…

I just bought my husband the “apres father’s day” cooking class, and can’t wait to surprise him with it for Father’s Day!

This looks like so much fun! Wish I didn’t live so far away…I’ll definitely check out the recipes on the website though. I’m interested to see what that “shrimpy” dish is all about!

Thanks for the heads up. I love Sam the Cooking Guy and I have even seen him in the grocery store before (Carmel Valley, Vons). I had no idea he gave cooking classes but now I'm really interested. Some of his recipes from his chow have become staples in my house.

Also i just found your blog. I love to host parties and have people over so I'm sure I can learn a lot from you.
