So I made the two dishes you showed the tostadas- btw Iused a mexican crumble chesse and chicken sckewers with peanut sauce everyoneloved it!

Hi Janea -

I'm not sure what type of cheese it was - but it had a texture similar to goat cheese actually, so it may have been that. You could also try feta.

Treehouse is on the infamous Robertson Blvd in L.A. (near many of the boutiques that you often seen celebrities shopping at in tabloid magazines) Here's a link to the exact address on their website
