I ordered a rail road tie shelf from VivaTerra and never received the unit. After waiting more than a 45 days, they still have not refunded the cost. Customer service reps are nice but impotent – they can’t actually help you if a third party vendor VivaTerra contracts with makes a mistake. At this point, I’d strongly suggest buying from another company.
