Maybe you can improvise with the vases. Have you thought of using boxes and covering with a shiny metallic paper. The flowers will fill the top and noone will know that it is a box unless you tell. And if they can who cares it will still look great and boxes are free at your local stores.

I actually purchased them at a floral supply shop in San Diego – and unfortunately they don’t carry them online :( But here’s a link to their site – maybe they’d be willing to take the order over the phone:

Another place you might try is Jamali Garden – They have tons of square/cube vases in ceramic, metal, and wood – no metallic hot pink, but they do have shiny aluminum and stainless steel.

Love, love love it! What a talented friend you have!

BTW, you can make the lifesaver pacifiers edible. Just use the white decorating icing from a tube - both Wilton and Cake Mate make it(located in the grocery store or Michael's cake supply section) be sure to NOT get the white gel kind or it won't work.

Anyhoo, just squeeze a bit onto one lifesaver center, attach the other lifesaver on its side and jelly belly on the other side. Hold together for a few seconds, then let "dry" for a few hours. Can make a few days before the party, just keep in a container. They taste great! Here's a pic:

(But I used Mike & Ikes candies instead of jelly bellies.)
