I went to a vendor fair last month where I sampled beer bread, and I accidentally in-a-rush cut it up and put it in a plastic gladware container while it was still warm. (What was I thinking?! Could it have been because it was 3 in the morning? Perhaps.) It ended up tasting like...plastic. Not only that, but it was mushy and horrible. The really bad part was, I knew better. Thanks for the great idea!

Oooh…I NEED these!
