GREAT IDEA! We are planning an engagement party and I love the idea of "Warholizing" the engaged couple for party gifts or on the invites.

I love this idea for a 30-something (or 40th) birthday party. I would also do something with the "15 minutes of fame" quote. Maybe set up a "photo booth" with a simple curtain backdrop and some dress-up props. Also have a "red carpet" runner leading to the door.

I also just saw this:

http://www.galison.com/Andy-Warhol-Desserts-Recipe-Portfolio-Note-Cards-P2535C531.aspx

They're notecards with Andy Warhol's artwork and recipes from Serendipity on the back. So cute! Might be a fun party favor or even a cute way to send out the invite to your Pop party!

Aren't those plates too cool? I just received my cb2 catalog today, and flipped over them. Yes, it is a party theme begging to happen. I love Amy's soup can ideas; I'm going to have to "borrow" them for my idea book. http://www.dawnypoo.blogspot.com

Jenn - this is FUN. I'm so loving this idea. All your items are great. I saw these Marilyn plates on sale for 95 cents - crazy cheap - and this is a fantastic use for them!

http://www.cb2.com/family.aspx?c=920&f=4311&viewall=1

Would be fun to recreate Campell's labels but with guest's names i/o the type of soup and place them around real soup cans to use as placecards?

Or to use actual tomato soup cans and group for levels for your food trays, stack in fun ways for centerpieces for tables or buffets.

You could donate all your soup cans to a food pantry afterward and maybe even ask guests to bring some to donate.

I'll stop now.
