Ok, but wait… where’s the how-to? Do you just soak the eggs in the beet juice?

Yes – first remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs, then cut them in half, scoop out the yolk, and dunk the egg white halves into beet juice for about a minute. Full recipe here:
